🕒 Return Window

 

 

 

You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order.

After 7 days, returns are no longer eligible unless there’s a manufacturing defect or damage.

Eligible Return Conditions

We accept returns if:

  • The product is unused and in original condition
  • The product is sealed and not tampered with
  • You received a wrong or damaged product
  • You have proof of purchase (Order ID or invoice)

🟠 Note: Food or personal care products must be returned unopened due to hygiene standards.

🚫 What Can’t Be Returned

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used or opened items
  • Items without original packaging
  • Discounted or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Products damaged due to improper use or handling

💸 Refund Process

If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. For prepaid orders via UPI, Card, or Paytm, the amount will reflect in your account as per your bank’s timeline.

🔁 Replacements / Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

Simply share clear photos/video of the product and packaging within 24 hours of delivery.
